Last Sunday (November 4) I was photographing the first "Propel for Peace" 5K Race and Fun Run, which was sponsored by the Propel Charter School in Homestead.The race started at the Pumphouse at the Waterfront shopping complex in Homestead, and run out-and-back on the Great Allegheny Passage trail. Over 250 people showed up, in spite of the cold cloudy weather (fingerless gloves are perfect for shooting in that kind of weather!).
